Buttercup Dream - Monica Martin If I didn't know any better I'd have thought that the heroine and hero were teenagers.
Passionate Lover - Carole Mortimer Starts out typical but doesn't remain so and I appreciated how the tables turned.
Forecast of Love - Katherine Arthur Both hero and heroine tended to act young (see,I didn't call it childish). But at least the hero was a CEO who smiled and wasn't all alpha male...
The Girl Nobody Wanted - Lynn Raye Harris Let me sum it up: Suppressed heroine. Jilted. Rebound 'physical' relationship. Hero just attracted to her false facade. Not gonna last. The end.
Rival Attractions - Penny Jordan 3.75*. dunno where the other guy jumped in from? And guy's thoughts didn't make any sense. Felt really rushed at the end.
Temporary Measures (Harlequin Romance, No. 3160) - Leigh Michaels The story didn't have enough romance and the reason could have been that Leigh was scared of the cousins doing it - well - if that's the case then don't make them cousins...
Marrying The Boss Larger Print - Fern Michaels Awww. Things got confusing in the middle but still.... aw! When Harlequin itself describes the book as romantic comedy, how can I not read it?
Mirror Image - Melinda Cross I've come to expect sweetness from Melinda Cross. She did not disappoint.
Marriage Trap - Anne McAllister Amaaaaaaaaaazing book. Amazing adventure, amazing chemistry! A 5 stars read not only for how much I was impressed by the wit of Ms. Anne McAllister =)
Trust In Love - Jeanne Allan I love Jeanne Allan's book. I almost knew what'd happen in this book but that's because I've read most of her books. Her stories either start with a heroine who's strong or a heroine that the hero forces to be stronger and more independent. Can't ask for more than that. Oh, wait you can. I do love my stories with a sprinkling of humor and she delivers on all accounts
No Provocation - Sophie Weston Beta-ish hero. Just wish there weren't that whole crises drama and the story had worked out without the hysterics.
His Bid for a Bride - Carole Mortimer Meh - Unbelievable, and not in a good way...
Sang Bos Dan Putri Kecilnya (The Boss and the Baby) - Leigh Michaels Meh - Already forgot what the story was about - that's never a good sign
Fire Mountain (Harlequin Romance, #2054) - Rose Elver The hero was called The Professor too many times.
Without Love - Jessica Steele Just didn't connect with me. Meh.
What's Right (Harlequin Presents) - Melinda Cross This review contains spoilersWell...It starts off slow and a little confusing - but when it hits you its with a kaboom! - The heroine falls in love with the hero after reading his handwriting (that's right!) and he feels the same for her although he gives her mixed signals. Turns out he's engaged to another ( a disabled lady) and can not break it up cuz he'd been in an accident from which he came out unscathed but her legs were crushed ( although he admits he doesn't love her). There's a side story about a mutual friend who's the sane one(or insane one, however u look at it) in the bunch and keeps telling them that there's something fishy about the disabled lady loving the hero when its obvious he ruined her life and that she's extracting revenge by making him miserable for the rest of life by shackling him in a marriage he doesn't want. The problem is: Both the hero and heroine are do-gooders to the extreme and would rather sacrifice themselves...
